About the role
We are seeking an IT Quality Engineer to join our quality engineering team based in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have familiarity in modern automation frameworks such as Playwright and Karate, with knowledge to Generative AI (GenAI) tools and Model-Centric Programming (MCP) techniques applied to testing.
What you'll do
- Design, develop test automation scripts using Playwright for UI automation and Karate for API testing
- Apply GenAI tools and MCP (Model-Centric Programming) concepts at a foundational level to enhance test strategies and automation efficiency
- Develop automated tests in Python and JavaScript where applicable
- Execute and build automation pipeline within CI/CD ecosystems
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA to ensure comprehensive test coverage in an Agile environment
