- Oversee and manage the supply chain for fan parts
- Ensure 100% material availability of metals and other key components as per the production plan
- Monitor day-to-day supplier performance, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely deliveries
- Plan and optimize inventory levels and improve inventory turns without compromising production efficiency
- Identify supply chain risks such as delays, quality issues, and develop mitigation strategies
