About the role
Develop and manage Incoming quality strategies based on the current challenges and establish & maintain supplier performance metrics, KPIs, and scorecards. Ensure effective inspection and verification of incoming raw materials, components, and assemblies as per approved quality standards. Define and implement inspection plans, sampling plans (AQL), and acceptance criteria.
What you'll do
- Develop and manage Incoming quality strategies based on the current challenges and establish & maintain supplier performance metrics, KPIs, and scorecards
- Ensure effective inspection and verification of incoming raw materials, components, and assemblies as per approved quality standards
- Define and implement inspection plans, sampling plans (AQL), and acceptance criteria
- Monitor supplier KPIs such as PPM, rejection rate, response time, and delivery quality
- Ensure effective implementation and verification of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
