About the role
Ensure 100% compliance of finished goods with approved quality standards before dispatch. Develop and manage Outgoing quality strategies based on the current challenges and establish & maintain OQC performance metrics, KPIs, and scorecards. Implement and monitor Outgoing Quality Inspection (OQI) processes, checklists, and sampling plans (AQL).
What you'll do
- Ensure 100% compliance of finished goods with approved quality standards before dispatch
- Develop and manage Outgoing quality strategies based on the current challenges and establish & maintain OQC performance metrics, KPIs, and scorecards
- Implement and monitor Outgoing Quality Inspection (OQI) processes, checklists, and sampling plans (AQL)
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure effective corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
- Monitor OQC KPIs such as PPM, rejection rate, response time, and despatch quality
