What you'll do
- Ensure 100% compliance of finished goods with approved quality standards before dispatch
- Develop and manage Outgoing quality strategies based on the current challenges and establish & maintain OQC performance metrics, KPIs, and scorecards
- Implement and monitor Outgoing Quality Inspection (OQI) processes, checklists, and sampling plans (AQL)
- Approve or reject outgoing products and ensure proper segregation and traceability of non-conforming material
- Control and reduce customer complaints, field failures, and rejection rates
