About the role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM & TPRM professional to support, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules. The role will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and supporting risk, compliance, audit, and third-party risk processes while ensuring platform stability and business alignment
What you'll do
- IRM & TPRM Administration
- Administer and maintain ServiceNow IRM and TPRM modules
- Policy & Compliance Management
- Manage questionnaires, assessments, vendor onboarding workflows, risk scoring, and remediation activities
- Configure workflows, notifications, forms, and catalog items
