About the role
AWS Engineers act as the primary support layer responsible for monitoring systems, handling incidents, performing initial troubleshooting, and ensuring timely escalation while maintaining SLA compliance and operational stability.
What you'll do
- Perform backups, patching, and routine health checks across AWS environments
- Troubleshoot issues across EC2, EBS, VPC, S3, IAM, and Route 53 services
- Provision and manage AWS resources including EC2, VPC, S3, EBS, RDS, and Route 53
- Handle incidents, service requests, and escalations within SLA
- Support DR testing, upgrades, and capacity planning initiatives
