Senior Design Lead Manufacturing Simulation at HCLTech. Create, Modify and maintain Quality Notifications (QNs) in SAP based on quality issues, customer complaints, supplier defects, production deviations.
What you'll do
- Create, Modify and maintain Quality Notifications (QNs) in SAP based on quality issues, customer complaints, supplier defects, production deviations
- Review defect descriptions and determine completeness, accuracy, and sufficiency of information needed for effective dispositioning
- Identify missing or unclear information within defect records by analyzing the related Engineering documents
- Collaborate with key cross functional stakeholders to achieve Project objectives and deliverables
- Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto analysis, 8D, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) etc
