- Manage end-to-end defect/problem lifecycle in KPM (Preferrable) or JIRA/ equivalent tools
- Coordinate with Suppliers, Component Owners, Function Owners and all stakeholders for defect resolution
- Documentation of defect status, aging, priorities, and closure progress
- Drive regular defect triage and review meetings
- Escalate critical and overdue issues to project and management stakeholders
