The role ensures stable AMS delivery, efficient procurement operations, and continuous service improvement across purchasing, inventory, and invoice management.
What you'll do
- AMS Support & Service Delivery
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP MM/P2P processes
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets with SLA adherence
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
- Follow ITIL-based AMS processes
