Tower Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead construction logistics, heavy-equipment delivery, material flow, storage, preservation and logistics transition to operations for the Odisha AI Data Center. Construction execution and readiness for safe handover are the first responsibilities. Following formal system acceptance, the role will support or assume steady-state operations responsibilities where applicable.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain site logistics plans covering gates, routes, traffic flow, delivery slots, laydown, warehousing and internal movement
• Align logistics plans with the master schedule, short-term look-aheads and contractor workfront requirements
• Plan for phased buildings, shared infrastructure and future campus expansion
• Coordinate temporary roads, hardstands, crane positions, access restrictions and restoration
• Long-Lead and OFCI Equipment
