What you'll do
- Vulnerability Remediation Ownership – Own remediation of prioritized ServiceNow VITs for the formally onboarded server estate
- Executable Remediation Planning – Define and manage remediation sequences at server/server-group level, considering production criticality, regional maintenance windows
- Defined Technology Scope – Own remediation for OS, SQL Server and supporting server-installed components/tools such as .NET, Visual Studio
- Validation & Reprocessing to Closure – Review vulnerability scan findings after remediation and reprocess unresolved items, including residual files or registry records
- SLA-Focused Operating Model – Establish an 8x5 core service for planning, analysis, reporting and governance
