About the role
Citrix L2 Engineer responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, optimization, and support of Citrix DaaS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, and Citrix ADC (NetScaler) environments. The candidate will act as the highest level of technical escalation for Citrix-related incidents and manage complex troubleshooting, design recommendations, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning activities. ________________________________________ Key
What you'll do
- Manage and support Citrix DaaS environments
- Administer Citrix Cloud services including: o DaaS o Cloud Connectors o Secure Private Access o Workspace o Federated Authentication
- Monitor environment health and service availability
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Citrix service-related issues. Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop)
- Administer and support CVAD environments
