- Serve as the primary interface with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and sustained customer satisfaction
- Implement and continuously refine project management processes, best practices, and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency and quality
- Monitor project progress through defined metrics, manage risks and dependencies, and provide timely, accurate status and performance reports
