Security Incident Management Process Lead / Consultant Security Incident Management Process Lead / Consultant We are seeking an experienced Security Incident Management Process Lead / Consultant to own and drive the Security Incident Management (SIM) framework across the organization.
What you'll do
- Own and govern the Security Incident Management process and associated playbooks
- Lead incident classification, prioritization, escalation, and resolution governance
- Coordinate Major Security Incidents and drive crisis management activities
- Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA), post-incident reviews, and lessons learned
- Define and monitor incident response KPIs, SLAs, and compliance metrics
