About the role
Role will require to work closely with Transaction Managers (Front Office), External Clients, KYC , Data services and the Operations team to ensure the controlled on-boarding of all new transactions from the pre-closing/funding stages through certain ongoing portfolio administration tasks. The individual will have responsibility for the completion of many key portfolio and transaction tasks and for reporting of aged items and ownership of resolution.
What you'll do
- Supporting a portfolio of loans and bonds
- ˕ Act as a conduit between finance parties representing lenders
- ˕ Track Obligor information undertakings, circulate to creditors (deliverables)
- ˕ Collaborate with management to bring ideas and suggestions for best practice
- Consents, Waivers & Amendments
