About the role
Based in Bangalore, this role will work directly with global business stakeholders to assess existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, define future-state requirements, and support the implementation of practical, sustainable solutions.
What you'll do
- Business Process Improvement and Analysis
- Lead assessments of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, control gaps, root causes, and opportunities for simplification, standardization
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and develop future-state processes and actionable improvement recommendations
- Partner with process owners, Solution Architects, and the Lean Six Sigma Leader to support process redesign, implementation, and continuous improvement
