About the role
We are looking for Analyst’s who will be involved in providing support to our global valuation practice.
What you'll do
- Developing deep technical strength in the valuation of alternative assets, through direct exposure to high-profile clients and alternative asset industry professionals
- Reviewing investment memoranda, governing documents of structured investments, board of directors’ presentations, and client models
- Assisting the team with interviewing clients, including preparing information request lists, participating in face-to-face meetings
- Assisting in the design of financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction and option pricing analyses
- Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of illiquid investments broadly distributed across industries and geographies while using accepted and relevant approaches…
