About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our Operations and Sales leadership teams within Cyber & Data Resilience (CDR) in India. This role will play a critical part in ensuring high-quality sales data, producing reliable reports, and translating sales activity into clear, actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
What you'll do
- Salesforce Data Quality & Governance
- Review and validate Salesforce opportunity records to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency (e.g., required fields, stage hygiene, attribution fields)
- Perform routine data quality checks and proactively flag data issues or trends to Sales Operations and business stakeholders
- Partner with Sales Ops to support data standards, definitions, and usage guidelines across the sales lifecycle
- Build and maintain standard sales and pipeline reports using Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI where applicable)
