About the role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role in supporting the commercial performance, measurement, and strategic growth of the Cyber & Data Resilience (CDR) business. This role is responsible for ensuring high data integrity, producing trusted reporting, and delivering insightful analysis that informs leadership decisions across sales performance, pipeline health, and growth initiatives.
What you'll do
- Salesforce Data Integrity & Commercial Governance
- Review and validate Salesforce opportunity records to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency (e.g., required fields, stage hygiene, attribution fields)
- Proactively monitor data quality, including required fields, stage progression, attribution fields, and consistency with commercial definitions
- Identify recurring data issues or process gaps and partner with Sales Ops and the Commercial Office to drive corrective actions and improvements
- Support the adoption of standardized data definitions and governance practices to ensure reporting consistency and credibility
