Data analytics role at Hdb Financial Services in Coimbatore.
About the role
Daily analysis on Agent Activity (Ready, Wrap, Idle, Break, call counts, login etc..) and discuss with OPS managers for the better results. Bi hourly update with Ops team Leads for the better results for the day. Campaign run on Time as per the Strategy. Updating entire MIS of collections. Preparation of related MIS reports.
