About the role
The Investment Banking (IB) unit caters to specific products across the Bank’s Wholesale Banking customer spectrum. The IB has a Loan Syndications team responsible for structured selling down of the loan book as per the Bank’s requirements.
What you'll do
- Syndicating deals/mandates of DCM and PF to achieve Team revenue target and Individual target
- Successfully syndicate deals at competitive pricing/fee and in a timely manner
- Strengthen relationships & increase interactions with identified top relationship Banks/NBFCs
- Develop relationships with Banks Senior Management (MD/ED)
- Provide timely market feedback on deal structure & its pricing to DCM & PF
