About the role
To drive initiatives aligned with business objectives to achieve leadership in the banking sector.
What you'll do
- Plan weekly branch visits and ensure monthly meetings at each branch; Scope RM/PB customers for leads or joint calls and utilize branch resources effectively
- Plan activities to ensure two calls and appointments daily; Communicate document requirements to customers and arrange pickups
- Act as a one-stop shop for Express OD clients, offering financial products like Insurance, CASA, and Credit Cards; Monitor and track leads for cross-selling opportunities
- Work proactively on renewals for non-auto-renewed customers; Communicate document requirements and follow up twice weekly; Analyze financials, address issues
- Monitor Express OD accounts based on central triggers and ensure customer contact
