What you'll do
- Ensure engagement & visitation of all assigned Retail portfolio merchants
- Enhance portfolio through activation, win-back of volume share, maintaining complete volume share for POS & UPI, upselling Soundbox/POS, and cross-selling
- Ensure EMI enablement and activation in merchants within EMI business segments (e.g., electronics, mobile)
- Achieve Merchant Acquiring product & Cross-sell targets monthly
- Source Merchant Acquiring products (POS, Soundbox, SmartHub) from existing merchant expansions, self-employed segments, and customer leads
