What you'll do
- Visiting delinquent customers and following up on payments on PTP dates
- Achieving money collection productivity targets
- Ensuring trails updates are recorded in VYMO / web-collections
- Making calls on the portfolio through recorded lines (DID)
- Adhering to all Bank processes in Unit performance and COC
