About the role
To lead the Private Banking business and teams in a region, ensuring delivery of business results through Senior Advisors and Investment Advisors.
What you'll do
- Deliver benchmarked product solutions aligned with customer needs
- Regional PBG Targets across TPP (20%)
- Achieve absolute and relative team targets measured by AUM growth, revenue, and new client sign-ons
- Customer Level Profitability objectives from TPP to be met (10%)
- Ensure Rs. 100,000 profitability per customer from 80% of the base
