Origination, execution, and monitoring of real estate project financing, bridge loan financing, and commercial warehousing financing transactions in respective geographies.
What you'll do
- Lead real estate project finance/bridge finance for the bank
- Acquire new clients and manage existing relationships in the real estate sector
- Work with developers/corporates for funding requirements, developing strong relationships with top management
- Lead a team and manage financing transactions end-to-end, including sourcing, due-diligence, credit evaluation, approvals, and post-disbursement responsibilities
- Lead negotiations with clients and intermediaries
