What you'll do
- Achieve business targets on volumes and profitability for ECG customers; Conduct monthly reviews with product groups and supervisors to enhance product penetration
- Identify wallet share opportunities for existing and potential NTB customers; Develop strategies for product penetration and cross-sell all bank products
- Ensure adherence to management guidance and regulatory compliance, including KYC/AML tracking; Complete pre- and post-disbursement documentation and manage deferrals
- Client Management & Servicing
- Engage in structured client calls with existing and prospective clients; Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure client satisfaction
