What you'll do
- Achieve 55, 75, and 100 Lacs TPP and banking targets
- Individual PBG Targets across TPP (40%)
- Meet absolute targets measured by achievement over target
- Banking Targets - Individual (10%)
- Achieve banking targets focusing on defined income objectives. Ensure base penetration with relevant products
