About the role
We are looking for an After Sales Engineer with experience in equipment servicing, mechanical component replacement, electrical circuit troubleshooting, wiring, and equipment parameter debugging. Candidates with hands-on experience in industrial equipment/machinery after-sales service will be preferred.
What you'll do
- Dismantle, inspect, and replace mechanical components of equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits and perform wiring operations on-site
- Perform equipment parameter setting, configuration, and debugging
- Conduct cleaning and machine-operation training for on-site operators
- Inspect equipment after machine use and ensure proper cleaning and operating practices
