About the role

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead housekeeping operations with a strong focus on quality, team ownership, and disciplined execution, ensuring consistently high standards across all properties.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end housekeeping operations; implement rosters, checklists, and workflows; uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Drive audits and inspections; identify gaps and ensure timely corrective actions; maintain consistent quality benchmarks
• Build and lead teams; drive role clarity, discipline, and ownership; plan manpower as per operational needs
• Lead onboarding and continuous training; ensure adherence to SOPs and service standards
• Manage inventory and procurement; drive cost efficiency and minimize wastage
