AVP – BUSINESS OPERATIONS

About the role

We are looking for an AVP – Operations who will be responsible for driving day-to-day fleet operations excellence, leading business expansion into new cities/institutions, and building scalable systems for route and cost optimisation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with a strategic mindset — someone who can run large-scale fleet operations, personally manage a distributed driver workforce, and actively contribute to the company's growth roadmap.

What you'll do

• Fleet & Operations Management
• Manage end-to-end fleet operations for school transportation contracts — vehicle deployment, driver management, compliance, and safety standards
• Build and monitor SOPs for daily fleet operations, ensuring on-time performance, vehicle uptime, and service reliability
• Drive route optimisation initiatives to reduce transit time, fuel consumption, and vehicle idle time using data and
• Implement cost optimisation frameworks across fuel, maintenance, manpower, and vendor management to improve
