About the role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Facility Manager to manage end-to-end housekeeping operations across hospital, academic, hostel and campus facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, infection control and operational discipline.
What you'll do
- Manage housekeeping operations, manpower, rosters, SOPs, checklists, equipment and consumables
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, infection control and biomedical waste segregation compliance
- Conduct audits and inspections and drive corrective actions
- Monitor KPIs and support NABH/other accreditation requirements
- Lead and manage supervisors, housekeeping staff and outsourced vendor teams
