About the role
We are looking for an experienced KAM / Operations Manager to manage end-to-end campus operations, institutional client relationships, and business performance for university campuses. The role will focus on maintaining high operational standards, client satisfaction, compliance, team performance, and student experience.
What you'll do
- Manage relationships with institutional/university partners and ensure high client satisfaction
- Drive timely invoicing, collections and revenue realization while controlling leakages and delays
- Manage end-to-end hostel/campus operations and ensure consistent service standards
