About the role
We are looking for a Finance Analyst with 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate industry . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, financial reporting, and financial analysis, along with knowledge of AI tools and technologies used in finance and business analytics.
What you'll do
- Prepare and analyse MIS and financial reports for management
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Conduct variance analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast
- Analyse revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, and overall financial performance
- Prepare financial models and business performance analysis
