About the role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Associate Manager – Housekeeping to oversee housekeeping operations across the campus. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills, experience in housekeeping and facility operations, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and service quality in a student accommodation or institutional environment.
What you'll do
- Student & Stakeholder Engagement: Address housekeeping-related complaints and coordinate with students, campus administration
- Reporting: Maintain daily operational reports, attendance records, inventory records, audit reports, and performance metrics
- Training & Development: Train housekeeping staff on SOPs, cleaning techniques, hygiene practices, customer service, and workplace safety
