About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to manage on-ground housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, efficient team execution, and a seamless guest experience. 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, with 1+ year as a supervisor (hospitality preferred)
What you'll do
- Ensure cleanliness across rooms, corridors, and common areas in line with defined standards
- Manage daily room allocation, deep cleaning schedules, and team task distribution
- Conduct routine inspections (including ~80 rooms daily) to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks
- Oversee performance of housekeeping staff and drive discipline in execution
- Handle guest requests and complaints effectively; maintain high CSAT through timely resolution
