Job Description – Manager, Business Human Resources Partner with warehouse operations to drive workforce planning, employee relations, HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee engagement, ensuring workforce stability and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, and exits
- Drive workforce planning and bulk hiring in coordination with Talent Acquisition
- Manage blue-collar employees and contract labor, including vendor coordination and compliance
- Monitor attendance, shift management, manpower deployment, and productivity
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and shop-floor employee relations
