Seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience hiring in a manufacturing setup, across staff, supervisor, engineering, and factory workforce roles, with a proven ability to build talent pipelines, partner with business leaders, and close positions on time.
What you'll do
- Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning
- Lead manpower planning and workforce budgeting in partnership with department heads
- Develop and implement hiring strategies, processes, and best practices aligned with business needs
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, technical, and hard-to-fill roles
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and define role profiles
