About the Role We're looking for a Program Manager who brings structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional technical programs. You'll partner with engineering, product, and business teams to keep programs organized and moving, while driving execution, coordination, and on-time delivery.This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable in the details, keeps multiple workstreams OnTrack, and builds trust and alignment across teams.
What you'll do
- Manage cross-functional programs from planning and initiation through execution and closure
- Coordinate one or more concurrent programs, maintaining scope, quality, and delivery timelines
- Maintain program plans, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned to team and business goals
- Track risks and dependencies, escalate issues early, and help keep at-risk work on course. Stakeholder & Communication (30%)
- Serve as a key point of contact for program status, keeping stakeholders informed on progress,risks, and decisions
