About the role
Reporting to the Manager, IT Project Management, Delivery Operations, the Project Coordinator provides foundational coordination and administrative support to project teams executing upgrade projects and environment scheduling of customer tickets across HealthEdge products. In this entry-level role, you will assist in keeping projects organized and on track, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring accurate information is captured in project systems.
What you'll do
- Develop task lists or project schedules in alignment with the scope and objectives defined by the project scope
- Coordinate resources as needed to provide support or ensure delivery of a successful solution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the project team and the customer
- Collaborate or escalate as required to address business or technical issues related to the project
- Manage and maintain project information in the appropriate systems
