What you'll do
- Conducting of Internal & External Failures simulation on Test Track and identification of RCA @ Vehicle level
- Simulation/Prepare Action Plan for Improvement & new features testing
- Identify Improvement projects, EOL testing cycle time improvement and enhancement
- Develop EV exclusive parts, and ensure vehicle integrations
- Plan, budget and execute test lab readiness at Plant / CRVT lab, for EV specific parts including Traction battery
