About the role
You are responsible for the entire engineering operations of all the hotel’s systems, plant, and equipment. You ensure the POMEC budget is utilised as efficiently and effectively as possible to satisfy guest needs, the property, and its assets.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the entire engineering operations of all the hotel’s systems, plant, and equipment
- Partner in leading facility operations: Assist in directing the functionality, safety, and compliance of buildings, mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC
- Oversee facility maintenance: Perform facility inspections and supervise construction, installation, maintenance, and repairs of electrical, mechanical
- Support property improvement projects: Assist in directing capital projects and property rehabilitations – including scheduling, budgeting, contractor bidding
- Oversee work order fulfillment: Ensure routine maintenance and repairs are assigned, verified, and documented in the property maintenance management system
