About the role
The Manager, Development – South Asia will work with the Vice President, Development – South Asia to provide a point of leverage in development deal administration/management and assist the efficiency and productivity of the Deal Team (i.e., Directors & Senior Director) in the pursuit of the strategic objective of the company to “expand our global footprint” in the development of hotels that carry our brands.

- After that, you will take ownership of reporting progress in pursuit of the strategy
- Lead Origination : Actively work to generate quality project leads through all available sources, which conform to the agreed development strategy, brand strategies
- Lead Analysis & Evaluation : Work with the Development Team and external parties to provide an efficient and accurate assessment of project leads/opportunities
- Filter opportunities and establish the appropriate prioritization and allocation of projects
