About the role

- Responsible for assisting the Head of HR in implementing HR strategic planning and ensuring that HR management aligns with the hotel and corporate's overall strategy
- Participate in the development and improvement of the hotel's human resources policies, procedures, and regulations, and execute all aspects of HR management
- Manage HR systems and reporting: Oversee team member data entry, track employment transitions, maintain training and corrective action records
