Promptly address technology equipment and connectivity service requests to ensure smooth operation of technology infrastructure, IT systems, and cellular services in compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards
What you'll do
- Keep tech equipment running smoothly: Maintain and manage inventory of technology equipment, hardware, software, and related assets
- Perform tech installations: Install, set up, and break down A/V, communication, networking, and IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and hotel work areas
- Provide end-user training: Offer technical support and training for hardware and software issues
- Handle guest billing: Process equipment and service billing for guests, address internal/external concerns
