About the role
You will support the design, implementation, and maintainance of robust IT systems to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations. As an Information System Supervisor/ IT Supervisor , and services across multiple sites – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
What you'll do
- Support the design, implementation, and maintainance of robust IT systems to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations
- Support IT strategy and implementation: Support the design and execution of IT initiatives across multiple properties, ensuring alignment with area, cluster
- Resolve technical challenges: Identify and implement solutions to user concerns related to personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity
- Lead technology projects: Assist with the execution of major system implementations, including workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX
- Support hotel operations: Work closely with property management to ensure smooth IT operations, maintain critical site systems
