About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate IT to join our team. In this role, Assist in the administration, configuration, and day-to-day support of our SAP SuccessFactors suite .
What you'll do
- System Administration & Configuration (Tactical)
- Support & Troubleshooting (Tier 2/3 Help Desk)
- Serve as an escalation point for internal HR and employee support tickets related to SuccessFactors
- Investigate and resolve issues concerning failed scheduled jobs, integration errors, workflow bottlenecks, and user log-ins
- Partner with third-party vendors or SAP support to log and track software defects or enhancement requests
