About the role
Involve in the conduct of preclinical safety studies. Product safety extrapolation based on the preclinical safety study to the target population and arriving at Margin of Safety (MoS).
What you'll do
- Review of Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) in compliance with EC Regulation 1223/2009
- Review of Global Toxicology Review (GTR) for Active ingredients and excipients across the portfolios at the time of conceptualization of NPDs
- Providing techno-scientific safety inputs based on Weight-of-Evidence evidence for regulatory or other requirements related to Herbs/ingredient of concern
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide safety feedback during the design phase
- Prepare detailed reports documenting safety assessments and recommendations
