About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-Commerce Operations Associate to manage end-to-end marketplace operations. The role primarily focuses on stock fulfillment, open purchase order monitoring, listing management, fill-rate optimization, inventory coordination, and receivables compliance.
What you'll do
- Inventory & Stock Fulfillment Management
- Ensure timely fulfillment of stocks to partner fulfillment centers and other e-commerce warehouses
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock availability to prevent stock-outs
- Assess and track Open Purchase Orders (OPOs) and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely closures
- Maintain and improve marketplace Fill Rate in line with business targets
